湖南永州12中学最近发生了一起令人发指的事件：教师李恒毅突然发狂，在课堂上先是殴打11岁的女生，随后把昏迷的女生从4楼扔下摔死。

据悉，该局昨日下午正式启动精神病鉴定程序，带李恒毅和案卷材料到湖南省精神病鉴定中心做鉴定。
遇害学生章耀尹的家长已经与学校签订了民事赔偿调解协议，一次性赔偿家长20万元。25日上午10时，遇害女生章耀尹的家长已将孩子尸体送到火葬场火化。
